Yes, on check out you can select GST invoice which you can use to pay, and all purchases will automatically have a GST invoice emailed.
No, you can set up an account if you prefer to save your details for next time but it is optional
Unfortunately, we don’t offer payment on account, we do however take credit card payment and you can check out with a GST invoice and when payment is received we will send the goods.
HVAC TOOLS is an online business to keep our costs lower and to pass those savings onto our customers. We have a warehouse you can collect from but not a shop or showroom.
All our prices are online, to create a quote simply add the items you want to your cart
Most of our customers are businesses, and all our prices are trade prices. As you can see from our product range it’s not the usual goods a consumer will buy.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $200 + GST. Orders under this amount will have a delivery fee added to cover our costs.
We don’t offer phone orders as the online system allows you to place the order directly into our system including all your details exactly how you want them spelt.
All items are sent via CourierPost from Auckland and tracking details provided within 24 hours of ordering.
Any items that are calibrated include a factory calibration which is ISO certified. NZ lab calibration or certification is not included.
Yes we do, however some tools and products are designed to be used by those with appropriate training. When technical support becomes training we will politely let you know.
Any item can be returned within 30 days of purchase as long as it is in original condition
- All products carry a minimum 1-year warranty, any products found defective within 30 days will be replaced with a new item.
