A/C Joint Removable Sealant – Warranty Seal

SEALUP is the professional choice to eliminate any leakage between the threads, the gaskets and the joints of the A/C systems. SEALUP forms a film that seals while remaining flexible and allowing its removal. SEALUP specific formula resists to every vibration and it’s effective on metal, plastic and rubber, it allows for the joints to be reopened and it’s easy to remove. It’s suitable to be used as a warranty seal. Use THOR to quickly remove sealant residues and to clean the surfaces before the application.

SEALUP is a joint sealant for A/C systems that forms a chemically resistant film over the threads. It remains flexible, adheres to internal surfaces filling all microvoids. Ideal on plastic and metal materials subjected to extreme vibrations. It works from a temperature of -90° to +200°. Resistant both in a vacuum and with pressure up to 500 Bar / 7250 Psi.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Applied to threaded and flanged joints and gaskets SEALUP adheres to surfaces and forms a tight seal, flexible but long-lasting. It prevents leaks from the pipe joints, fittings and bolts. It resists in contact with multiple chemicals including refrigerant gases, fuel gas, lubricants, fuels, solvents and industrial gases.
